Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to every Bolrach surface: payments, stores, sites, video, ads, mail and workspace. Where a product schedule is stricter, the schedule wins.

1 · The principle

You may use Bolrach for any lawful business conducted honestly. This policy exists for the cases where one of those three words fails. Prohibitions bind you, your affiliates and anyone you allow onto your account; you are responsible for what your account does.

2 · Prohibited absolutely

The following may never touch any Bolrach service, and we terminate on discovery: activity illegal where you operate or where your customer stands; sexual content involving minors in any form, which we also report to authorities on sight; weapons, explosives and instructions for causing harm; sanctions evasion and dealings with sanctioned persons or their fronts; money laundering, terrorist financing, and unlicensed money services carried over our rails; malware, phishing and access-credential trafficking; fraud in every costume, including counterfeit goods, fabricated reviews, guaranteed-return investment schemes and deceptive subscription traps; human trafficking and exploitation.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGEThese are the never-list. No pre-approval exists for them, no volume makes them acceptable, and finding them ends the relationship the same day.
3 · Restricted — allowed with pre-approval

Some lawful businesses carry elevated regulatory or dispute risk and need written approval before first use: pharmaceuticals and supplements; alcohol and tobacco where lawful; ticketing and events above stated volumes; travel packages with long delivery windows; marketplaces and platforms onboarding their own sellers; charities and political fundraising; high-value collectibles; dating services. Approval, once given, states its conditions on your account page and can be revisited with notice.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGERestricted is not banned. It means: talk to us first, in writing, so the account is set up to survive the risk profile rather than trip over it.
4 · Hosted content — Sites, Store, Stream, Mail

Content you host with us must be yours to publish. We do not pre-read private content and we do not scan mail; where content is public and reported, we review against this policy. Hate speech targeting protected characteristics, harassment campaigns, and sexual content outside clearly-labelled lawful adult categories are not accepted on hosted surfaces. Copyright complaints follow a notice-and-counter-notice procedure with the timelines published in the procedure annex.

5 · Advertising — both sides of the network

Ads must be truthful, must land on pages that match the claim, and must not use pressure mechanics such as fake countdowns or false scarcity. Publishers must not incentivise clicks, misrepresent traffic, or place units on content from section 2. Both sides of the network are screened continuously; deceptive creative is declined with the reason stated.

6 · Enforcement — always with the line named

Enforcement is proportionate: a creative decline, a listing removal, a capability pause, an account termination — the smallest effective action first, except for section 2, which terminates immediately. Every enforcement notice states the specific line of this policy crossed, the evidence class relied on, and the appeal path with its clock. Appeals are decided by a human who was not the original decision-maker.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGEIf we act against your account you will always know exactly which sentence of this document we believe you crossed, and you always get a numbered path to argue back to a fresh pair of eyes.
