1 · Who we are, and what binds you

These terms are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited (Canada) or Bolrach Technologies Limited NG (Nigeria), depending on the entity stated on your account page, together "Bolrach". They govern your use of the Bolrach platform: the services at bolrach.com, the products at bolrach.tech surfaces, the checkout, Bolrach One, and the applications. Product-specific schedules (payments, advertising, video, store) attach to and form part of these terms when you activate that product; each schedule is listed in section 9 with its own effective date.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGEOne agreement covers the whole estate. Turning on a product adds that product's schedule. The entity you contract with is always shown in your settings, never guessed.
3 · Payments, balances and fees

Fees are those published on the pricing page or stated to you in the product at the moment of the transaction, whichever is more specific. We never deduct a fee we did not display. Balances shown in your account are claims against segregated customer funds and are not deposits with Bolrach; interest does not accrue to you unless a product schedule says otherwise. Currency conversion is performed at the rate displayed to you before you confirm; the displayed rate includes our margin and is the rate you get.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGEThe price on the screen is the whole price. Your money is kept apart from ours. The FX rate you see before confirming is exactly the rate applied.
6 · Suspension and closure

We may suspend a capability, or an account, where the law requires it, where a scheme rule requires it, or where continued operation creates a demonstrable fraud or safety risk. Suspension is scoped to the smallest capability that addresses the risk, is notified to you with a reason unless notice is unlawful, and carries a stated review path with a case number. You may close your account at any time; closure completes when your balance is zero and open disputes are resolved, and your data export is offered before the account seals.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGEIf we ever have to freeze something, we freeze the smallest thing possible, tell you why when the law allows, and give you a numbered path to challenge it. Leaving is always possible and your data leaves with you.
