This schedule attaches to the Terms of Service when you activate payments. Capitalised terms carry the Terms' meanings.
1 · SettlementSuccessfully captured card payments settle to your available balance on the timeline shown on your pricing page for your country and method, stated in days, never as an approximation. Bank-transfer and USSD collections settle on confirmation of receipt. Your dashboard's settlement figure is the ledger figure; there is no second number.
2 · Chargebacks and disputesWhen a dispute arrives we notify you immediately with the full reason code, freeze only the disputed amount, and pre-assemble the evidence we hold — delivery confirmations, 3-D Secure results, device signals — into a pack you complete. The dispute fee is the one on your pricing page; it is charged only when a dispute is lost, and refunded if the network later reverses. Elevated dispute rates trigger the programme in section 4, never silent penalties.
Refunds draw on your available balance first, then your incoming settlements. A refund is released to the buyer when issued; if your balance cannot cover it we tell you before it queues rather than after it bounces.
4 · Reserves — the honest versionWe do not hold rolling reserves by default. A reserve may be applied only on stated grounds: dispute rate above the card networks' monitored thresholds, a sudden order-of-magnitude volume change without notice, sale of long-delivery goods above stated exposure, or a scheme or regulator requirement. Every reserve notice states its percentage, its review date no more than 90 days out, and the specific condition whose cure releases it. Reserves earn no interest and release automatically when the condition clears.
Payouts go to verified accounts in your name or your business's name, on your chosen schedule. New payout destinations cool for 24 hours with fresh confirmation. We may delay a specific payout where the law requires or a specific fraud signal exists — the delay notice states which, and the review clock.
6 · Termination and your fundsWhen your account closes — by you or by us — settled funds belonging to you are paid to your verified account after open disputes resolve and applicable reserve conditions clear, and in any case no later than 180 days after closure except where the law forbids. Money that is yours leaves with you; closure is not confiscation.
